    I am not giving any stars as I ended up altering the recipe.
    I made this as listed with a pre-packaged shredded cheese and it was just "OK".
    I felt it need a bit of something so I added a bit of garlic Mrs. Dash which was a great improvement (we love garlic).
    I will try again with a better quality cheese, I think the quality of the cheese will make a big difference.

    Blend All the Ingredients Together Until Smooth. Store in a Covered Container in the Refrigerator For an Hour or So Until Flavors Can Blend.
