Peanut Butter Protein Bars

Features:
    Cuisine:

Pretty good from someone (myself) who is not a huge fan of protein bars. However my boyfriend loves them, so whipped up a batch & he enjoyed this homemade version a lot! I did add a sprinkle of mini chocolate chips over the top. Also slighty coated the oats in cinnamon/sugar & briefly toasted them. Thanks for a good idea!
