Citrus Chicken

Delicious! My only change was to add the zest of half a lime to the marinade. Due to the weather I had to saut mine on the stove and the chicken turned out juicy and wonderful. I am adding this to my list of go to recipes.

Citrus Chicken, Citrus Chicken, Delicious! My only change was to add the zest of half a lime to the marinade. Due to the weather I had to saut mine on the stove and the chicken turned out juicy and wonderful. I am adding this to my list of go to recipes., This is really good; perfect for summer. Next time I will add a touch more sugar, but otherwise it was perfect. Just the recipe I was looking for. I topped it with a little bit of chopped cilantro. That really makes the flavors pop. I have a batch in the oven right now and they are amazing. I accidentally added too much salt but to me they taste amazing. I also lessened the sugar some and added some malted milk powder. They taste like a salted dark chocolate malt in cookie form. Next time I make them I will not add so much salt but really taste wise it was not a total screw up. Made again
