Budget Cinnamon Rolls

Features:
    Cuisine:

DELICIOUS! I made this as written and cooked them at 350 for about 19 minutes. I inverted them onto a plate and they were crunchy AND gooey and very sweet. If you don't like too sweet you may want to cut down on the sugar a bit. I added a cream cheese frosting so, obviously, the sweetness didn't bother me. My 15 year-old birthday girl devoured them!
