3 1/2 cups sweet green peppers, chopped
2 cups red peppers, chopped
12 cloves garlic, chopped
2 teaspoons coriander
1 teaspoon dried cilantro
2 cups cider or 2 cups red wine vinegar
1 (5 1/2 ounce) can tomato paste (with herbs & spices)
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon dry oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper

    I am updating this recipe. I think I have ate almost all the jars I put up last year, myself. Just came in to make sure that I remember what recipe used so I can put up some more this year and was surprised that I had only rated it 4 stars. This one is a keeper..very very good!!
