Fish Marinade, A tasty marinade for Halibut or Swordfish steaks , LOVED the flavor and simplicity of this recipe used salmon steaks and baked in oven (425/10 mins), then broiled the last few minutes to get a crisp edge I will use this recipe again and again and I can’t wait to try it with other varieties of fish!, We really enjoyed this marinade We used swordfish steaks, marinated them for a couple of hours and they turned out perfectly Thanks!
