    I have made some similar recipes, and we liked these a lot. Next time I'll probably leave out the sherry (didn't add much) use less horseradish, and maybe add green onions or some garlic. If you have the bacon on hand (I keep some frozen on hand) this is a really easy appetizer. used toasted baguette slices and it was yummy!
