Delicious and a bit healthier using the light cream cheese!!! I made 1/4 of the amount, just sprinkled in the cinnamon to what I thought I would like and the only change I made was to use 1/2 of the amount of brown sugar. It was still very sweet, enough for my tastes, and was wonderful with sliced Granny Smith Apples. I love that it uses ingredients that I normally have on hand!! Thanks for sharing the recipe. Made for one of my adopted chefs for PAC Spring 2013.
