Adapted from Ultimate Southern Living cookbook , I liked this recipe very much I just caution the use of 1 tablespoon of prepared horseradish for those of us who don’t like a strong horseradish flavor I should have realized that for my personal tastes, probably 1 teaspoon of horseradish would have been a better choice Everything else about the recipe was great Thank you
