1/4 cup canned chopped jalapeno
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 (12 ounce) cans corn beef hash
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 garlic clove

    Breakfast Shepherd’s Pie, Ready, Set, Cook! Special Edition Contest Entry: Breakfast Shepherd’s Pie, how can you beat it?, Has anyone made this using something other than corned beef hash? Not sure I will like that , Its a combination of everything I like about Shepherds Pie and breakfast, Ends up more like a beefy hash (which is wonderful) I would say that this recipe is really flexible and you could add a variety of different veggies if you’d like (I was considering diced sweet potatoes for a little bit of savory sweetness here) I would have even put peas in this (why not!?!)

    Cook 6 Slices of Bacon Until Crisp, Drain on Paper Towel.

    Drizzle Olive Oil in Pan, Heat Up and Cook Small Diced Green Onion and Glove of Chopped Garlic.
