    This turned out ok. It was pretty watery. The tomato sauce measurement made me think it was originally meant to be condensed tomato soup - those are around 14 oz., while tomato sauce is 15 oz. (and I think it used to be 16 oz.). I accidentally added a can of water (ie. 15 oz.) after reading a nearly identical recipe and getting confused. I am pretty sure 8 oz. would have been ok. It was a little bland.

    In Large Skillet, Brown Ground Beef.

    Stir in Onions, Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Tomato Sauce and Water. Then Add Uncooked Rice.

    Cover and Simmer Almost 20 Minutes or Until Rice Is Nearly Tender.

    Place Half of Shredded Cabbage in a Greased Baking Dish.

    Cover With Half of Rice Mixture.

    Repeat Layer- Do not Stir.

    Cover and Bake For 1 Hour at 350.
