    Carrot Salad,,I love the combination. I made this today with peanuts and raisins. Will make this often as I always have carrots in my fridge.,This was very good. Used (soaked) raisins instead of peanuts (didn’t have any nuts at the moment). Next time I make it I’ll add a little bit of lemon juice to sort of “freshen it up”.
