Made this as given & then used it as a spread over thick slices of a nutty, whole grain bread, that were then sliced into 6 strips each, serving them up as appetizers! Carrots and Cream Cheese Cracker Dip, Easy and made with ingredients that I usually have on hand I think this is especially good served with Ritz crackers , Made this as given & then used it as a spread over thick slices of a nutty, whole grain bread, that were then sliced into 6 strips each, serving them up as appetizers! Really a big hit with my guests, & this recipe is definitely a great keeper! Thanks for sharing it! [Made & reviewed in I Recommend recipe tag], Oh yum, this is such a great dip for veggies and crackers! I loved the addition of chopped carrot to the cream cheese, yum! used the broth I could get at my local organic store and that added great flavour! I think this would also be good with some curry powder and onion powder in place of the broth THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing this dip with us, SReiff! Made on recommendation of weekend cooker May 2011
