This is a good one!!! I thought 2 lbs of shrimp was too much so used just over 1/2 lb. I also added a can of tuna. The result was delicious with this sauce. I did find the sauce a bit too thick so I thinned it with a bit of white wine. Nice easy recipe to serve over rice. Thanks Theresa.
