Dorito Casserole

Features:
    Cuisine:

I made this according to the recipe and added 1 canned of drained black beans. The floavor was good but my 6 year old said it was too spicy sand couldn't eat it. My husband is on a diet (not thevrecipes fault) but my 14year old didn't complain. I thought it seemed to taste too watered down which I was skeptical about adding 1 1/2 cups of water. It just seemed liked a lot and it was. I will not make this again because the cost is too much for a mediocre dish. Close to 15 dollars to make.

Dorito Casserole, Casserole, If you plan on making this, you will want to double the recipe One layer of the meat mixture is all this makes for a 9×13 baking dish Recipe does not mention where to add the Rotel, so I just added it to the meat mixture Do not like Velvetta and used shredded Mexican cheese instead Was out of Rotel and used Picate sauce instead Seems like it is lacking something? Maybe next time I make this I will add a drained can of Mexican corn or black beans Seems more like a dip Tasted good though!, Casserole
