SUPER, SUPER GOOD!!! I was looking for an easy but tasty sounding dish and this was it!!! I doubled the recipe to serve 4 but only used 1 egg. I added some garlic powder and crushed red pepper to my breading mixture and used chicken bouillion/water. Worked wonderful!! The mushrooms tasted fantastic in this sauce and provolone added great flavor as well, although my 4 year old wouldn't try it because he said it smelled "stinky". Had a strong smelling but mild tasting provolone. Oh well...more for me! GREAT recipe and highly recommend. I paired this tonight with recipe #326987 and recipe #59965. Ate GREAT!
