Jamies Spinach Artichoke Dip, I know there are a lot of these dips, this is from my brother Jamie and I haven’t found one to beat it I make it to share with neighbors in the summer and it is gobbled up , Great recipe! Very easy to make I added a couple teaspoons of minced garlic as well as garlic salt and pepper I also added some parmesan and cheddar cheese Delicious!, My first review isn’t around anymore but I’ve been making this for a few years now I add fresh minced garlic, black pepper, fresh grated parmesan cheese and either a hit of cayenne or hot sauce I love mozzerella but use cheddar for stronger cheese flavor This also made a great topping for homemade pizza! I sliced fresh tomatoes and spread this over the top w/ some shredded mozzerella and parm and baked it off Would be great with a bit of ham, roasted chicken or whatever meat you like
