    Oh, my is this delicious! used some left over grilled chicken with this and added a bit more cucmber (because I love it). also used grape (or cherub) tomatoes instead of chopped. Other than that I followed the recipe. used brown rice since it didn't say which and it is my fav. I love this - the dressing is lovely - I will make this AGAIN FOR SURE!! **MADE FOR BEVY TAG 2008**

    Oriental Chicken Summer Salad, This is a great salad to make for a lunchbox The ingredients are simple so most people would have these on hand & it is nice & filling & full of goodness I’ve also made this with tuna which is great , Oh, my is this delicious! used some left over grilled chicken with this and added a bit more cucmber (because I love it) also used grape (or cherub) tomatoes instead of chopped Other than that I followed the recipe used brown rice since it didn’t say which and it is my fav I love this – the dressing is lovely – I will make this AGAIN FOR SURE!! **MADE FOR BEVY TAG 2008**, Pretty good light meal I added green onions, eggplant (because I had it on hand), and traded chives for cilantro (also because I had it on hand)
