    Raita, Raita is an Indian salad, refreshing and low in calories Two or three spoonfuls make an ample serving I found this recipe in the Beltane Papers magazine , Delicious! It’s so fun to experiment with this basic Raita recipe Thank you for sharing!, This is a great recipe for radish! I made this with 2% greek yogurt and radishes Unfortunately I did not have fresh ginger, so used enough ginger powder to give a slight ginger flavour I also used a few dashes of curry powder and a bit of salt This would be great mixed into a garden salad, or just as it is I will definitely make this again and again, trying many different vegetable combinations
