Silly-Simple Cheese And Garlic Filled

Features:
    Cuisine:

Great idea. used string cheese as suggested by JPerez, and added a couple slices of spicy pepperoni (hot by Hormel). To make sure they weren't too greasy, I microwaved the pepperoni slices on high for 1 min, sandwiched between paper towels. There is no end to the cheese/meat combinations I might try next: Ham and Swiss, Italian sausage and parmesan. Beef and cheddar. Can't wait. Thanks for posting.

Silly- Simple Cheese and Garlic Filled Crescents, These are so simple it’s silly, but my husband loves them so much I thought I’d post this I like them, too! I’ve tried making these a few different ways, but I believe good old processed American cheese singles works the best for this – it’s clean and easy to measure and roll up, and it melts perfectly during the allotted baking time You can skip the cooking spray and foil if you want and just bake these directly on the baking sheet, but I like to do it this way because it makes clean up easier, and any leftovers can be stored and reheated right in the foil , Great idea used string cheese as suggested by JPerez, and added a couple slices of spicy pepperoni (hot by Hormel) To make sure they weren’t too greasy, I microwaved the pepperoni slices on high for 1 min, sandwiched between paper towels There is no end to the cheese/meat combinations I might try next: Ham and Swiss, Italian sausage and parmesan Beef and cheddar Can’t wait Thanks for posting , The title says it all silly-simple but they are also silly-delicious! I did mod the recipe slightly, using reduced-fat crescents and low-fat shredded cheese (i had planned to use WW string cheese but it’d gone bad) With my modifications, I figured these to be 2 to 3 WW pts/roll (depending on the amount of cheese used) The most difficult part of this recipe was rolling the loose cheese up in the crescent (i’m not good at rolling pretty crescents anway, the escaping cheese just made it harder) but when they came out of the oven they actually looked nice We gobbled these up, there aren’t any leftovers! Thanks for sharing, we will definitely be making these again!
