2 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
2 tablespoons canned chopped mild green chilies
1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/4 teaspoon salt

    I have made this recipe for years and my kids absolutely love it. It's also a crowd please at office potlucks. Over the years I have only made one modification to it and that is to add the whole can of green chills into the topping instead of the recommended 2 tbls.

    Preheat Oven to 375.

    Grease a 9 X 13-Inch Baking Dish.

    Melt Butter in Small Skillet Over Medium-High Heat.

    Add Onion and Garlic; Cook and Stir 4 to 6 Minutes or Until Tender, Stirring Constantly.

    in a Large Bowl, Combine Corn, Cream Style Corn, Eggs and 1/4 Teaspoon Salt.
