We enjoyed this - it was very simple to make too. There was something missing though. I think next time I will add some garlic, maybe some worcestershire sauce. Also used monterey jack cheese since that is what I had. We thought the cheese went well, but I will try it with cheddar next time. Made for Spring PAC 2010.

Tater Tot, Beef & Cheese Casserole, I found lots of recipes that were similar on here, but none had these exact ingredients Our family has been making it this way for 30 years or more , We enjoyed this – it was very simple to make too There was something missing though I think next time I will add some garlic, maybe some worcestershire sauce Also used monterey jack cheese since that is what I had We thought the cheese went well, but I will try it with cheddar next time Made for Spring PAC 2010 , I was watching my friends kids and wanted to fix them something fun to eat Personally, I thought this was very good and it was a huge hit with the kids! Very easy to fix I also added a bit of garlic powder while browning the beef Thanks!

Brown Beef and Onion. Drain.

Mix Mushroom Soup Into Beef.

Press Mixture in Bottom of 9" Square Pan.

Top With Frozen Tater Tots.

Sprinkle With Cheese.

Bake 375 For 25 Minutes.
